Mysterious Psalm/Laszlo Aranyi-Hungary

Mysterious Psalm
In that which you grasp
and shape into your own image,
can you grasp the One
who shaped you in His own image?
Can you grasp that
which the moldy sanctuary conceals,
if your reanimated shadow
floats among laughing shadows,
and you, as a clotted imprint,
reflect only in remnants,
retreat, live on, are suspended? But
can the one behold the two?
Or is it your own shadow
that touches you instead of the one that withdrew?
What does the cauldron conceal
of those lurking behind sinking phenomena?
Can He be grasped
who shaped you in His own image?
Can that be grasped
whom you shape into your own image?
Faint-like, Frozen Sleep; Unusual Dream
Beneath the cracked chitin shell
continent-sized garbage fields are smoldering.Along its accustomed heavenly path
the depopulating Earth
drags its mangled abdomen.Faint-like, frozen sleep; unusual dream.
Faint-like, frozen sleep; unusual dream,
mysterious scrawls written by ghostly hands
upon a dust-covered porcelain urn
invoke Baron Samedi, lord of cemeteries. They say: faint-like, frozen sleep; unusual dream.
Faint-like, frozen sleep; unusual dream,
for the drinkable juices of Honeyland are crystal pure,
war, famine, and plague are unknown there,
everything completes forming a mythic unity:
human, plant, animal, and
the soul
of Earth.
