Privacy Policy
1. مجلة المنار الثقافية هى مجلة دولية مستقلة شاملة.
Al-Manar Cultural Journal is a comprehensive, independent international magazine.
2. نعتذر عن قبول اي عمل يتناول او يوحي الى مواضيع الصراعات الطائفية او العنصرية او العرقية او السياسية الصرفة او الطعن في الاديان. ومخالفة هذا البند سيما الاديان اينما نشرت اراء كاتبها تحجب عنه عضوية الانتماء للمجلة وحرمانه من جميع حقوقه في النشر وغيرها وحجب اعماله السابقة المنشورة لدينا.
We regretfully decline to accept any work that addresses or alludes to sectarian, racial, ethnic, or purely political conflicts, or that attacks religions. Violation of this clause, particularly regarding religions, wherever the author’s opinions are published, will result in the expulsion of the author from the journal, the forfeiture of all publishing rights, and the removal of their previously published works.
3. لايجوز التعرض نقديا بالطعن بكاتب معين على معايير شخصية بحتة بعيدا عن النص او محاكمته او فرض وصاية ما عليه لتعارضه مع ارائه الشخصية. تؤدي مخالفة هذه الفقرة حظرا على صاحبها من قبل هيئة التحرير.
Criticism of a writer based solely on personal attacks, unrelated to the text itself, is prohibited. Nor should the writer be judged or subjected to any form of censorship simply because their work contradicts personal opinions. Violation of this rule will result in the writer being banned by the editorial board.
4. تقبل فقط الاعمال الجادة والخالية من الاسفاف بكل دلالاته ومعانيه ومعاييره الادبية والاخلاقية حتى وان تم نشرها سابقا في صحف او مجلات اخرى.
Only serious works that are free from vulgarity in all its connotations, meanings, and literary and moral standards are accepted, even if they have been previously published in other newspapers or magazines.
5. يتحمل كل عضو المسؤولية الكاملة عن كل ماينشره في مجلة المنار الثقافية.
Each member bears full responsibility for everything they publish in Al-Manar Cultural Magazine.
6. يلتزم كل عضو بالافصاح عن اسمه الكامل وباللغة العربية وصورته الحقيقية ولايجوز استخدام اسماء او صور مستعارة للمشاركة .
Each member is obligated to disclose their full name in Arabic and their real picture. It is not permissible to use pseudonyms or pictures to participate.
7. يحق لهيئة التحرير رفض اي عمل لاينسجم مع سياسة المجلة دون بيان الاسباب. كما يحق للمجلة بتحوير عنوان العمل او اية فقرة فيه تتعارض مع سياسات واهداف وقيم المجلة دون اذن مسبق.
The editorial board reserves the right to reject any work that does not conform to the journal’s policy without providing reasons. The journal also reserves the right to alter the title of any work or any section thereof that conflicts with the journal’s policies, objectives, and values without prior permission.
8. يقع تحت المسائلة القانونية لحقوق النشر كل من اقتبس عملا منشورا في هذه المجلة او اعاد نشره باية طريقة كانت او حوره دون موافقة مسبقة من ادارة المنار الثقافية.
Anyone who quotes, republishes in any way, or alters a work published in this magazine without prior consent from the Al-Manar Cultural Administration is subject to legal accountability for copyright.
9. نؤمن بالرأي والرأي الاخر حيث يمكن للاصدقاء بالتعليق على أي عمل ننشره شرط تحري الموضوعية وباسلوب حضاري..
We believe in respecting differing opinions, where friends can comment on any work we publish, provided they are objective and respectful.
10. اذا ثبت بالدليل القاطع سرقة ادبية فان المجلة ستمحو جميع مشاركات السارق السابقة وحرمانه من النشر فيها قطعيا.
If plagiarism is proven beyond a reasonable doubt, the magazine will erase all of the plagiarist’s previous contributions and permanently ban him from publishing in it.
11. صداقة المنار الثقافية تعني منح العضوية للكاتب ومن خلالها يستطيع التواصل مع المجلة وحذفها يعني الخروج الكلي من ارشيفها. كما تمنح هذه العضوية الحق للمجلة باعادة نشر اعمال الاعضاء الادبية والمنشورة اساسا على مواقعهم الخاصة دون اذن مسبق.
Membership in Al-Manar Cultural Magazine grants the writer access to the magazine, allowing them to communicate with it. Deletion of membership results in complete removal from its archives. This membership also grants the magazine the right to republish members’ literary works, originally published on their personal websites, without prior permission.
12. عدم فرض اية وصاية على المجلة.
No guardianship should be imposed on the magazine.
13. ترسل الاعمال الى البريد الالكتروني المعلن للمجلة ولانستقبل أي رابط خارجي يرسل الينا. ويتم ارسالها حصريا من قبل كتابها وليس عن طريق طرف ثان.
Submissions should be sent to the journal’s published email address; we do not accept any external links sent to us. Submissions must be sent exclusively by the authors and not through a third party.
14. لايمكن حذف اية مادة تم نشرها في المنار الثقافية الدولية حتى وان كان الطلب مقدما من قبل الكاتب نفسه الاّ بموافقة هيئة التحرير.
No material published in Al-Manar International Cultural Magazine can be deleted, even if the request is submitted by the author himself, except with the approval of the editorial board.
15. تقوم العلاقة بين المجلة والكتّاب على اسس حضارية واخلاقية عالية.
The relationship between the magazine and the writers is based on high cultural and ethical principles.
