مقدمة

تسعى مجلة المنار الثقافية الدولية إلى ترسيخ حضورها كمنبر فكري وأدبي رصين، يجمع بين الأصالة والحداثة، ويحتضن الأقلام المبدعة من مختلف أنحاء العالم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، وضعت المجلة مجموعة من المعايير الدقيقة للنشر، تضمن جودة المحتوى، وتكفل احترام القيم الثقافية والإنسانية، وتؤسس لخطاب معرفي متوازن.

 أولاً: المعايير العلمية والفكرية

•      الأصالة والإبداع: يجب أن يكون النص جديداً غير منشور سابقاً، وأن يضيف قيمة معرفية أو جمالية.

•      المنهجية: في المقالات البحثية، يُشترط الالتزام بالمنهج العلمي، وتوثيق المصادر بدقة وفق الأسلوب المعتمد.

•      العمق والتحليل: لا تكتفي المجلة بالسطحية، بل تشجع على الطرح النقدي والتحليل العميق للقضايا الفكرية والأدبية.

 ثانياً: المعايير الأدبية واللغوية

•      سلامة اللغة: الالتزام بالقواعد النحوية والصرفية والإملائية، مع مراعاة الأسلوب الأدبي الرصين.

•      الأسلوب الفني: تشجع المجلة على تنويع الأساليب بين المقالة، القصة، الشعر، والدراسة النقدية، شرط أن تحمل بصمة إبداعية واضحة.

•      الوضوح والانسجام: يجب أن يكون النص متماسكاً، مترابط الأفكار، بعيداً عن الغموض المفرط أو التكرار.

 ثالثاً: المعايير الثقافية والقيمية

•      الاحترام والتوازن: رفض أي نص يتضمن خطاب كراهية أو تمييز أو إساءة دينية أو عرقية.

•      الانفتاح الثقافي: تشجع المجلة على إبراز التنوع الثقافي، والانفتاح على التجارب العالمية مع الحفاظ على الهوية العربية.

•      المسؤولية الفكرية: الكاتب مسؤول عن صحة المعلومات التي يقدمها، وعن التزامه بالقيم الإنسانية.

 رابعاً: المعايير الفنية والإخراجية

•      التنسيق: يُشترط أن يُقدَّم النص مكتوباً بشكل منظم ومنسق، مع عناوين فرعية واضحة، وفواصل بين الفقرات.

•      الطول المناسب والمقبول.

 خامساً: إجراءات النشر

•      التقييم والتحكيم: تخضع المواد لمراجعة لجنة متخصصة من المحررين والنقاد قبل اعتمادها.

•      التواصل مع الكاتب: في حال وجود تعديلات ضرورية، يتم التواصل مع الكاتب لإقرارها قبل النشر.

•      حقوق النشر: تحتفظ المجلة بحق نشر المادة ورقياً وإلكترونياً، مع حفظ حقوق الملكية الفكرية للكاتب.

To achieve this goal, the magazine has developed a set of precise publication standards that ensure the quality of content, guarantee respect for cultural and human values, and establish a balanced intellectual discourse.

First: Scientific and Intellectual Standards

Originality and Creativity: The text must be new and unpublished, and must add intellectual or aesthetic value.

Methodology: Research articles must adhere to the scientific method and accurately document sources according to the approved style.

Depth and Analysis: The magazine does not settle for superficiality, but rather encourages critical discourse and in-depth analysis of intellectual and literary issues.

Second: Literary and Linguistic Standards

Language Accuracy: Adherence to grammatical, morphological, and spelling rules, while maintaining a refined literary style.

Artistic Style: The journal encourages a variety of styles, including articles, short stories, poetry, and critical studies, provided they bear a clear creative signature.

Clarity and Coherence: The text must be cohesive, with coherent ideas, avoiding excessive ambiguity or repetition.
